      Benchmark the BSBM BI use case.

      This use case involves aggregation and subquery constructs, which we support as of the 1.1 release.

        An initial trial run shows that at least one of the queries is resulting in a query plan which leaves us CPU bound. A quick review of the queries reveals:


        - Unnecessary nesting in several queries.


        - Subqueries which look suspiciously as if they should be running "at once" rather than pipelining through the as-bound solutions.

        I will generate query plans from these queries and see if those plans reveal any interesting issues. We can also use this as an opportunity to test out the RTO integeration.
