Add a method to compute the bytes written onto an AbstractJournal.

      Description

      The RWStore has different semantics for IRootBlockView.getNextOffset(). Document those semantics on IRootBlockView and modify AbstractJournal so we can directly decide how many bytes were "written" (for the WORM) or were "allocated" (for the RWStore, in which case it should probably be the net of the bytes allocated and released). Update all the locations in the code which rely on IRootBlockView#getNextOffset() to compute the #of bytes written onto the store.

        I'd like to add that the RWStore's formatting of the root block view is not consistent with its addressing scheme. For example, consider this report from DumpJournal. The bytesAvailable and next offset fields (and perhaps others) do not reflect the nature of the RWStore and its addressing scheme. Reporting of this information should be improved as we do not want people complaining that there are negative values for bytes available!
