      Description

In order to avoid heap pressure, we want to store solutions flowing out of an operator using native memory backed solution streams. For now, the suggestion is to implement this for analytic mode only, but we might foresee mechanism (such as a boolean flag) that allows us to turn this feature on for non-analytic mode.

Once implemented, we should create follow-up benchmark tickets. Stating the obvious, in each case we should run govtrack and compare results carefully. Another idea that came up while investigating the effect of maxParallel on WatDiv queries was, for instance for BSBM explore, decrease in-query parallelism while increasing the number of overall threads/queries running in parallel, for instance.
